Adalberto was named Businessman of the year in Mexico in 2016 by Endeavor. Alan Colmenares

Alan Colmenares has worked in Silicon Valley and Latin America for some of the most pioneering technological companies, such as Intel Capital, SCO and SAS institute. Currently he is Executive of Digital Transformation for new markets in Microsoft. Recently, as Executive for BBVA, he was part of the team that successfully completed de acquisition of a digital payments startup in Mexico called Openpay. He has been mentor of Endeavor for six years, as well as investor, advisor and shareholder of several startups, such as Tappsi and 1Doc3 among others. Alan has talked about Digital Innovation in conferences and tv programs like CNN in Spanish and Wobi.TV. Alejandro Cosentino

Alejandro leads Afluenta by combining his wide experience in financial services, Internet business and technology. He previously was Marketing Manager of American Express in Latin America and participated in the transformation of Banco Río. He has an outstanding entrepreneurial ability, which led him to develop Gratis1 of Starmedia, VOY Music and now Afluenta, where he aims to innovate with disruptive products and services. He also was Delegate Director of Internet companies of The Exxel Group, and worked as specialised marketing consultant. Daniel is the President and Co-Founder of Bitso, the leading Bitcoin exchange in Mexico. He holds a BS degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a BA degree in Economics from Stanford University. Juan is the director Division of Financial Inclusion in Fundación Capital. He previously worked with the Development Bank of Mexico, where he was in charge of studies related to the National Savings and Financial Services Bank (BANSEFI). He was also the executive director of PlaNet Finance’s Mexico office, and as an independent consultant, has directed projects in Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Africa, and conducted impact studies on development projects as well as evaluations of financial institutions. Richard is the co-founder and CEO of Lenddo, world leader in social authentication and scoring technology using non-traditional data. In January 2015, after 4 years of lending, Lenddo opened, its technologies for third parties, such as banks, lending institutions, utilities companies and credit card companies worldwide to reduce risk, increase portfolio size, improve customer service and verify applicants. Before Lenddo, Richard has more than 6 years management consultancy experience with Renoir Consulting, operating across various industries and business functions in more than 8 countries. Since its inception in 2001, Richard has been known as one of the pioneers in the outsourcing industry in the Philippines, having successfully ran two outsourcing companies in the form of Summersault and Infinit-O. In addition, he is a director at the British Chamber and the European Chamber of Commerce Philippines. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences from Warwick University in the United Kingdom.

Vicente is a public accountant for ITAM, has an MBA for IPADE and has a Master's Degree in Executive Coaching from IESE. In 1994, after founding FinComún, he was selected as Endeavor Entrepreneur. He remained as CEO of FinComún until 2010, during this time he found two other companies: ProDesarrollo in 1999 and AMSOFIPO in 2009. After all the knowledge and experience obtained directing these companies, Vicente decided to found his next major idea: kubo.financiero, in 2012. kubo financiero is a multi-product digital bank that helps create and strengthen the emerging middle class through innovative financial services, agile and above all, accessible.

Víctor is a Mexican FinTech Entrepreneur, Co-Founder and CEO at Bayonet. Bayonet is an ecosystem of trust and protection, that enables companies to feed and consult consumers’ reputation based on their historic payments. Previously to Co-Founding Bayonet, Víctor led the sales team at Conekta. As a Director of Sales, he successfully positioned the company as one of the payment processors leaders in the mexican market, while helping them grow exponentially. Víctor was also the first man in ground to do sales in for Ooyala (acquired by Telstra in October of 2014) in Latin America. He was employee 90th at the company and has been a mentor at companies like 500 Startups, Angel Ventures México, Naranya Labs, Pitchbull, Sales for Startups and others. He graduated from Menlo College, Silicon Valley’s Business School, where he earned honorable mention as international student athlete of his generation and previous was a Sergeant First Class during High School in New Mexico Military Institute.
