This year’s edition of FINNOSUMMIT, the most important Fintech event in latin America, took place on September the 12th and 13th at the Centro Cultural Roberto Cantoral in Mexico City. Over 1500 investors, entrepreneurs, financial institutions representatives, consultants and high impact executives from 15 different countries attended the conference.
At this interesting keynote from Alissa Fishbane(Managing Director, ideas42) the speaker offers some lessons on how a company acting in the financial industry can increase digital products and services engagement through the application of behavioural science.
This way, Alissa argued that users won’t necessarily ask for or use a product or service only because it exists. In order for this to happen, it is necessary to apply behavioural design principles such as: aligning with the moment the client needs the product or service or applying transparency to processes. Alissa ended the keynote with what she considers to be the secret to succeed: “Capture attention, inspire confidence, simplify the decision, and facilitate action”
